If you own a DS (and are capable of running homebrew) then you have to check out Master Stroke DS by Pixelh8. The project is not yet complete, but the beta version can be obtained here. Its a very fun and powerful synth which can be used for sprucing up some of your music, or used solely to create full tracks (although it is not a sequencer, or tracker)You can hear one of my tracks made 100% using MS-DS here.
